The delivery times of the ordered goods vary depending on the order made by the customer and the delivery methods chosen by the customer. The times indicated for the delivery terms are purely indicative and do not depend on the Vendilo shop.
Receipt of goods:
At the time of delivery of the goods the customer is required to check the package::

In the event of anomalies, the customer must contest the shipment by entering the word "RESERVE" (indicate the reason) on the delivery document received from the courier The customer will subsequently report to the shop from which he purchased, the issues related to shipping.
In the case of deposits due to reasons of unavailability of the customer or communication of an incorrect address, which lead to the return of the package at the store, the customer is required to pay a new shipment.
